Casey is chairman of Publications. His journey into genealogy and history began at an early age locating family cemeteries & listening to the stories of his grandmother. Casey has published several books on local history. He also serves as Chief Deputy Recorder at the Guernsey County Recorder's office. Casey is a valuable history resource.
