2024
THE YEAR OF THE CEMETERY
This year we are concentrating on our county cemeteries. We are searching for lost or forgotten burials. It may be a single burial, family plot or an entire cemetery.
โ
It is important to capture the information from worn tombstones before it lost forever. Recognizing veterans burials and coordinating that information with the VFW and Veterans Agency.
โ
Over the years we have gained a lot of new information about how to clean and care for tombstones without any damage. We would like to share this information and gain new volunteers to help with these projects.
โ
If you are interested in volunteering or have information regarding burials and cemeteries please contact us. We would love to work with you to help preserve this information.
โ
Stay tuned for more information!
